visualSilicon is a collective of experts who each work on the projects that excite us most. Each of our developers has their own skill set and bed of knowledge, but we come together with a shared vision. We want to empower startups and growing businesses, using our knowledge to bring the layers of their operations together.
By allowing our partners to focus on developing their core products and services, we hope to enable creativity and innovation in technology. Only then can we find solutions to today’s problems and create the tools that we will need tomorrow. We have always focused on creating communities and hiring people from all backgrounds, to foster an industry full of diversity and shared knowledge.
If you believe you have a skillset we might be interested in and would like to join us, either part-time, full-time or flexibly, get in touch. Everyone who joins us has 100% flexibility about where and when they work, and on what projects. This, we believe, is the future of work.

Navigating the complex landscape of today’s technologies can be very challenging. Whether you are creating a new product, starting up a new business that relies on technology or planning to do so as part of a Hackathon or a Startup weekend, you can benefit from experiences and skills of someone who knows their way around. My name is Ramin and I am the founder at visualSilicon®, a technology startup based in Cambridge, England.
Together with a small team spread in three different countries, we design and develop complex industrial software systems, take care of your highly technical support engineering and, last but not least, provide support and consultancy to teams who are facing the aforementioned challenge. For a bit of history, I have been a software programmer since 1994. Professionally, in addition to many entrepreneurial activities, I have worked with several international Computer Games and Visual Effects companies in the UK, in Microprocessor / Semiconductor design as well as within the Aerospace industries since 2007.
I travel frequently and live in Cambridge, England permanently where I have built a strong professional network and made many amazing friends.
We are excited to work with innovative, ambitious companies that believe we can achieve more by working together.
